Services
We provide media for real estate marketing and construction progress monitoring. Real estate listing images are professionally edited to enhance visual appeal with luxury edits such as sky and grass replacement as negotiable options. If you are listing a home, consider adding on an interior 360-degree image tour, a floor plan, or a walk-thru video to any photography package. Aerial photography is essential for some property listings. Natural twilight photography is also an option.​

Construction progress documentation requires aerial photography, videography, or both and this is often provided as a monthly service. Flight paths can be recorded and flown autonomously so images and video are consistent. This makes it possible to create a sequential time lapse of your project.
Property Size and Travel Fees

Large properties, commercial properties, or properties with more than ten acres may require additional charges.

Travel in excess of an hour is charged $120 per hour, prorated to ten-minute intervals. Time is determined from Google Maps' estimate from the "Ocala, FL" start location. Return travel is not charged. For example, for a shoot in Cedar Key, the travel time is one hour, 17 minutes. The first hour is not charged so the travel fee will be $40.
Community photographs are copyrighted, and Air Drone Ops LLC reserves the right to make multiple sales of the same image. However, with a one-time purchase of these photos, the purchaser is granted the right to use them in an unlimited number of listings. This will be documented on your invoice.
