Basic Package 2 is typically the essential minimum for real estate listings. Zillow finds buyers give more attention to listings with aerial photos. Adding 3D tours and floorplans are also proven ways to make your listings stand out! See "Add-Ons" below.

Images are taken with exposure bracketing to achieve high dynamic range (HDR) and are professionally edited to enhance visual appeal. Luxury edits such as sky and grass replacement are negotiable options. Natural twilight photography is also an option.

Our focus is real estate media. This includes aerial reconnaissance to help remote owners check on their property. Aerial videography is essential for many real estate listings, business marketing, and construction progress documentation.

Size and Travel Fees

Size (square feet): Homes or commercial properties larger than 4000 SF are charged an additional $100.
​

Size (acreage): Homes or commercial properties with more than 10 acres of land are charged an additional $100.

Travel: There is no travel fee in the Ocala and Gainesville area. Travel time in excess of one hour is charged $120 per hour, prorated to ten-minute intervals. Time is determined from Google Maps' estimate from the "Ocala, FL" start location. Travel returning from the photography shoot is not charged. For example, for a shoot in Cedar Key, the travel time is one hour, 17 minutes. The first hour is not charged so the travel fee will be $40 (2 ten-minute intervals X $20 per interval). The map shows the approximate area where the travel charge does not apply. Towns and cities near the free-travel limit include High Springs, Interlachen, Leesburg, Bushnell, Lecanto, Crystal River, Inglis, Otter Creek, Chiefland, and Trenton.
Community photographs are copyrighted, and Air Drone Ops LLC reserves the right to make multiple sales of the same image. However, with a one-time purchase of these photos, the purchaser is granted the right to use them in an unlimited number of listings. This will be documented on your invoice.
​Interior/exterior images have a 3:2 aspect ratio and are sized to 2400 x 1600 pixels unless you require otherwise. Aerial photos will have a 4:3 ratio and will be 2400 x 1800 pixels. High DPI images can be provided as needed for print images. Most ground photos are taken with at least three full-frame exposures and are processed to allow high dynamic range (HDR). ​​Your photographs will be edited to look great. Ask about added editing services such as object removal, sky replacement, and green grass editing.
